SO as of now im back at the homestead, probably pull up a chair on the deck and read my newest venture "Popisim" which has gotten pretty good reviews. I find myself diving deeper into that whole era and wanted to absorb anything having to do with it. It seemed like a very self indulgent, crazy artistic trip one that wouldve probably left me in a ditch or god forbid coffin like most artist at that time. On the same subject if you havent seen "Factory Girl" or "Basquiat" definetly check them out(if your into that of course) . Both were aquainted with the outlandish artist known as Andy Warhol. Another good one is "I shot Andy Warhol"...............crazy lady I tell ya, but also intelligent as well. Its really interesting to watch the different interpertations of Andy by numerous actors. So far my favorite would have to be David Bowie in "Basquiat" because the guy is already a little off kilter to begin with. This my friends is my newest interest at the moment and I feel the need to share with!
I would however really like a nice relaxing day at the beach or park of some sorts to read my book and catch some rays. Yesterday I ended up at this place Silver Sands State Park
which by the way sounded so awesome and relaxing but I was a little disappointed and left an hour into my visit. I think next time I should try and aim for low tide so I can walk across to Charles Island where Captain Kid was to have buried his treasure. Possibly bring along a metal detector or something and strike it rich. Ive been down with the Pirate thing since Johnny slipped into the whole Captain Jack character(im a massive Mr Depp fan)
Living here in the great city of Danbury CT is actually a snore. Beaches are miles away, although nice drives. Then you have NY(my home state) where there are prestine lake fronts and mountains. Today I found a park that looked really awesome, white sand brought in from Long Island and everything. Thanks to dear old map quest my adventure to Fahnestock Park/beach turned into a dead end. I tried and tried several times to navigate my way to this wonderous lake and only ended up in circles around another one which I dont know the name of.

Tomorrow it looks like im off to Central Park to finally pay homage to John Lennon. Strawberry fields has been on our list of places to visit for a very long time(Will and I). I also intend on strolling all through the park and going crazy with both digital and poloroid cameras. Im sure I will post them as well as the whole experience when I get back and setteled.
That tis is all...................live from boring snoring Danbury...................PAZ:)
