This weekend we went into Brooklyn for Will's best friend's Vegan wedding, which was interesting. The one thing I do not get is, if you are vegan, then why do you shape tofu and all that jazz into chicken wings and meat looking products??? I just don't get it. Hmmmm, maybe its just me, but I mean Buffalo Vegan chicken wings with wood dowels down the middle???!!! I'm just confused. Otherwise aside all that unimportant info, the wedding was nice. We all attended an after party at a bar down in the village, listened to a really good band that was all instrumental and which was the groom's brother's band called "Cover me Bad" They did all covers and the tuba player played all the vocal parts, pretty cool in deed. We got back home at like 4am and I was out like a light until 2 pm today, it felt good.
Tomorrow at 5pm eastern time I will pick my winner from the Birthday blog post.
Should be fun:)
We scored "The Dark Knight" tickets to an Imax theatre in the city, cannot wait!!!
Oh, I found out that I'm getting published at Scrap' N Art, so I had to remove the layout from all online outlets. That's pretty exciting! (Its not a definite, some publications can run out of room at the last minute, but they say thats rare)
Ive been seeing some stuff that is being shown at CHA this summer, and I'm so loving allot of it.
Cosmo Cricket is putting out some lines that I like, but I'm really digging these two paper:
I believe they are called "Go Jump in a lake" I love the colors and the vintage appeal. Great stuff.OK, I'm off to get some more coffee and catch up on the Internet.
I might just share some stuff tomorrow, its calling for rain.

I feel the same way about those faux vegan meats.... why would you shape them like the dead animals you refuse to eat?? It's just sooo... yeah, not right. It seems to go against everything they stand for doesn't it? I'm so not against vegans or anything but... yeah.
I cannot wait to see The Dark Knight, let us know if it was good!
congrats on getting published!
I am loving that new cosmo cricket line too - saw it online last night, love those papers!
