I received "Margot at the wedding" as well, and that was so so. I enjoyed "The Squid and the Whale" so this was a must see for me because it was the same people that made it, but it just didn't live up to it. It was still OK though, and I would say go rent it just for the hell of it.
This past weekend I made it into the city. It has been way to long since me and Will strolled the streets of St. Marks place. The weather of course was brutally cold and we found shelter at the local bar that we had our first date on, but it was still fun.
I went and got my 8Th tattoo and 4Th one done at this place, I have had only good experiences when going there and will continue to go there till I shake this itch to have tattoos. The recent addition was a silhouette of a bird on a branch that incorporates my star tattoo that I have had for 2 years, it is located on my left forearm. It is my biggest to date, and very noticeable, that is for sure. I like it and that's all that matters:)
I was also lucky to have one of my good friends come and meet me in the city with her boyfriend and they got to watch the process of my latest inking.
I eventually may add some cherry blossoms or something to the branches to add some color, or I just may leave it B. Will says this is the start of my soon to be sleeve, but I say I don't think so. I think there is only so far I will go. I do like sleeves though, I just don't think they fit me.
After the whole tattoo experience we headed on over to Bull McCabes and had a few Guinness's, and then it was home sweet home.
I have been picking up so many magazines and books, trying to get the push I need. I'm still in some sort of creative rut, blah.
I think it may be this crappy weather.
Bring on Spring!!!
